Working step by step
In mathematics, you often have to show your work. This means that you write down the steps to derive the final answer.
You can see in the figure that every step is evaluated automatically. The symbols on the left show the result for each line. If a step is incorrect, the system can sometimes give feedback to help you find the error.
Note
You should only write mathematical expressions. The system cannot understand language.
